On behalf of the ACE Women’s Northern California Network, you’re invited to participate in the 2015 Network Conference on Monday, October 12, 2015 hosted by Sacramento State. Mark your calendars and share the attached Save the Date announcement with others on your campus.

This year, the conference will focus on ACE’s Statewide Networks’ response to the decreasing numbers of women in advanced professorships and leadership positions. Moving the Needle: advancing women to leadership in higher education is the initiative developed to address this issue and it has been launched nationally. The originator of this initiative, Dr. Shirley Pippins will be joining us along with Dr. Kim Bobby from the American Council on Education (ACE).

The conference registration website is under development and will be available August 1 for registration. If you have any questions, please contact Bernice Bass de Martinez, the 2015 Conference Chair.
